- Online check-in for direct scheduled flights is opened 24 hours prior to departure and it ends three hours prior to departure.
- Online check-in is available for passengers having their electronic tickets for direct scheduled flights from Bishkek (Manas International Airport).
- The boarding pass must be taken to the airport. If you still forget your boarding pass, you can re-print it at the airport; to do so, ask at reception for your flight.
- Check-in to the carriage is carried out with your identity document, and it should be specified in the ticket (itinerary receipt).
- For flight safety, the airline reserves the right to change the seat place of your choice on board the aircraft when receiving the boarding pass or on board the aircraft at the direction of the aircraft commander.
- The boarding pass states the end time of boarding. Until that time, you must go to the boarding gate.
- Online check-in is not available for the following categories: the passengers, the transportation of whom requires special conditions of service including unaccompanied child, animal transportation and others and the passengers who have more than nine people to order.
- As regards a PASSENGER WITH A CHILD, it is impossible to print a boarding pass for such a passenger. In this case, such a passenger can check-in online at the seat in the passenger cabin appointed by the check-in system and print a notice of check-in, which must be exchanged for a boarding pass from the check-in agent at the airport of departure.
- The safest seats are available on the aircraft for passengers with infants, which are automatically assigned by the system, and the choice of other seats is impossible. If you are traveling with your baggage that exceeds the size of hand luggage, namely, 55x40x20 cm or weighing more than 5 kilos, you can go through the online check-in, but, additionally, you will need to deliver your baggage to the front check-in desk of your flight.
- Arrive at the front check-in desk for your flight 60 minutes prior departure time. The flight check-in closes 40 minutes before the departure time of your flight. Departure time is local for each airport.

Children’s menu
From now on, when departing from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, special children’s meals on the plane, “Children’s Menu” is granted for children traveling with their parents.
Children’s food in an airplane is made taking into account the tastes and needs of young passengers. The composition of children’s food onboard a plane includes soft and easy-chewing food; the products are easily identified; one offers a variety of fruit and cheese desserts, nut mix, crackers, juice, meat and fish dishes, as well as dairy products.
All children’s meals in a plane contain essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients needed for young growing bodies.
The Air Bishkek Airline offers its passengers with two service classes, namely «ECONOMY» and «BUSINESS»
BUSINESS class includes individual servicing and enhanced comfort level in the air vessel for the passengers who are striving for maximal comfort during a flight, as well as at departure and arrival airports.
The passengers travelling by the business class are in a separate cabin located in the aircraft’s nose and they are served by highly-qualified stewards.
These passengers are provided with an individual set for more comfortable flight. This set consists of:

- Glasses for sleeping;

Prior a flight, fruit juices, mineral water and alcohol drinks are offered. During a flight, one may select delicious hot dishes and snacks from a proposed menu. They will be delivered with delicate servicing.
If you travel by the business class when flying from Bishkek stewards will offer Apple iPad 2 and individual headphones after climbing.
