Behaviour rules during a flight
Safety, air transport and high quality service - this is a strategic goal and constant work, Air Bishkek Airline. Achieving this goal is impossible without the observance of rules of conduct by passengers, developed on the basis of recommendations from international aviation organizations.
In case of violation of rules of conduct by passengers on board an aircraft the company management strictly adheres to the following policies:
- Do not leave without consequences is no violation of rules of conduct of passengers;
- To provide flight and ground personnel of law necessary to prevent violation of rules of conduct of passengers in the pre-service and on board the aircraft;
- Contribute to law enforcement authorities in prosecuting violators of these regulations and the laws of the flight, landing and transit route of the aircraft.
The rights and obligations of passengers
Passengers are entitled to:
- Require the provision of all services provided by the terms of the contract of carriage set out on the letterhead of the ticket.
Passengers are required to:
- To ensure the security unconditionally obey the orders of the commander of the aircraft and crew members;
- Strictly observe the aviation security measures, discipline and order.
Passengers are prohibited from:
- Create situations that threaten flight safety, life and health of passengers and aviation personnel;
- Smoking on board the aircraft at all international and domestic flights, irrespective of the duration of the flight and class of service;
- Drink alcohol with the exception of alcoholic drinks included in the diets of catering;
- Use safety equipment without the proper guidance of the crew;
- Use of electronic devices and communications equipment during taxi, takeoff and landing aircraft;
- Before the end of the carriage to open the sealed (sealed) plastic bags with liquids purchased in duty free shops at the airport or on board an aircraft;
- Spoil the airline property and remove it from the aircraft.
In case of violation of this Regulation, the passenger, LLC "Airline" Air Bishkek "reserves the right to use the following sanctions:
- Cessation of serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in a drunken state, as well as the temporary withdrawal during the flight of alcoholic beverages, including those purchased on board the aircraft;
- Adoption of coercive measures to a person who refuses to comply with legal requirements of the aircraft commander;
- Removal of the offending passengers on board the aircraft at the nearest point of embarkation, and in case of emergency landing of an aircraft - passenger compensation for additional costs incurred by the airline as a result of his conduct;
- The transfer of such passengers, regardless of the law enforcement agencies of the State of landing;
- Reimbursement of passenger property damage caused by airlines;
- Terminate the contract of carriage by air without a refund of its value.
These Rules are based on and in accordance with international convention "On Offenses and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft" (signed in Tokyo in 1963), the Air Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the relevant requirements and recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and International Air Transport Association (IATA).
The main purpose of this Regulation is to define the requirements for passengers to ensure safety, improve the quality of passenger services, the observance of public order and prevention of various crimes while using the services of the airline.
